Nickel Library #1 Reed Crandall

£20.00

Produced in the late sixties by Eric Fromm and published by the San Fransisco Book Company, the Nickel Library was a series of one – sheet comics and illustrations by top Underground, Golden Age and Newspaper strip artists. Originally designed to be a 500 page set, no-one seems too certain how many were eventually produced. The Nickel Library pages all have three ring binder holes in them, the idea being you could collect and store them in a folder.
Here's page #1 with a glorious Reed Crandall monster illustration.
